SISTER OF AUBURN CITIZEN DEAD AT SPENCERVILLE
Mrs. Izetta Chaney, 66 of Rt. 1 Spencerville, sister of Earl McNabb of 1209 South Van Buren Street, Auburn, was dead on arrival at 3:45 p.m. Friday at the Parkview Memorial hospital in Fort Wayne. She was the wife of Roy Chaney of near Spencerville.
Other survivors include four daughters, Miss Margaret Chaney, at home, Mrs. Homer McMaken of Harlan, Mrs. Henry Horne of Fort Wayne and Mrs. Gerald Blauser at home; a son Roy Chaney Jr., of Columbus, O.; 13 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Thelma Oswald of Fort Wayne, Mrs. Martin Walter of Spencerville and Mrs. Samuel Landin of Harlan, and four other brothers, Glen McNabb of Spencerville, Dale and Bernard McNabb of Dearborn, Mich., and Kenneth McNabb of Woodburn.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monay at the St. Peter's Lutheran church in Spencerville with the Rev. Ivan O. Miller, pastor of the church, officiating. The body is at the Baidinger & Walter funeral home at Spencerville.
