John C. McNabb, 73, an Allen county farmer and the father of Earl McNabb of 1209 South Van Buren street, Auburn, died late Wednesday night of heart disease at his home.
Surviving are his widow, Margaret; five sons, Earl of Auburn, Dale and Bernard. both of Dearborn, Mich., and Kenneth and Glenn, both of Spencerville; four daughters, Mrs. Thelma Oswalt of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. lzetta Chaney, Mrs. Alwilda Walter, and Miss Ethel McNabb, all of Spencerville; thirteen grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Goldsmith and Mrs. Margaret Witmer, both of Spencerville; and a brother, Grover McNabb of Auburn.
The deceased was a member of the Spencerville Lutheran church, where funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Frank Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow in the Leo cemetery.
