MARGARET REITMEYER

Margaret Reitmeyer, 98, of Reedsville, died Tuesday, September 6, 1988 at Park Lawn Nursing Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Reedsville. Rev. Johnb Neuser will officiate and burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Whitelaw.

Mrs. Reitmeyer was born July 20, 1890, in the town of Cato, daughter of the late Wolfgang and Lena Vogel Meyer. She married Fred Reitmeyer on May 22, 1910 at Clarks Mills. She farmed with her husband in the Town of Franklin until retiring and moving to Reedsville. Mrs. Reitmeyer was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Reedsville.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Wilbert and Helen Reitmeyer of Milwaukee, Sylvester and Dorrie Reitmeyer of Highland Park, Ill., and Fredrick and Cory Reitmeyer of Manitowoc; two daughters and sons-in-law, Ruth and Len Larson of Park City, Illinois, and Sylvia and Joe Landa of Reedsville; a sister, Anna Meyer of Manitowoc; 22 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, February 21, 1973, one daughter, two sons, four grandchildren,one great grandchild, four sisters and five brothers.

Friends may call at St. Mary Catholic Church, Reedsville, 1:30 p.m. Friday to the time of services. Wieting-Schneider Funeral Home, Reedsville, assisted the family with arrangements.
