WEBER CITY, Va. - Florence Mae Jones Smith , 95, died Monday morning (April 5, 1999) at Brian Health Rehabilitation Center, Weber City, Va.
She was a native of Scott County, Va., and a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie L. Smith ; daughters, Betty Smith and Freddie Hubble; son, Jimmy Smith ; parents, James Beverly and Nancy Hale Jones; sister, Fanny Carter; and brothers, Lester Jones, Leonard Jones and Ed Jones.
Calling hours are from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City, Va., and anytime at the home of any of the children.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Wrightly Salling officiating.
Burial will be in Holston View Cemetery.
