Benjamin Proctor, 45 years old, a laborer, died at 4 o'clock Monday afternoon at St. Edward's Hospital of peritonitis, which developed from an attack of appendicitis. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Malinda Alden, 523 West Fifth Street, with whom he lived, and a half-brother, Arden Ford.
