Amelia Havel, was the daughter of Frank
and Mary Valek Huncovsky and was born
near Cuba, Kansas.
She was united in marriage to Charles Havel,
April 6, 1910. This union was blessed with
five children, Ernest, Leda, Paul, Pauline
and Melburn.
She was preceded in death by; her parents;
two sons, Ernest and Paul; five brothers,
Charles, Frank, John, Joe and Ed; two sisters,
Mrs. Emma Beneda and Mrs. Barbara Kolman;
one grandchild, Kenneth Lyle Cherney.
Survivors are: her husband; two daughters,
Mrs. Leda Cherney and husband, Frank,
Mrs. Pauline Vest and husband, Allen; one
son, Melburn and wife Delores; five sisters,
Mrs. Anna Shindler, Mrs. Maude Dunn,
Mrs. Charles Trecek, Mrs. Frances
Spencer, Mrs. Louise Neilson; 11
grandchildren; 3 great-grandsons.
Interment was in National Bohemian cemetery.
