Edward Huncovsky, son of Frank and Mary Huncovsky, was born May 2, 1899, on a farm east of Cuba and passed away October 21, 1950, at his home near Cuba, at the age of 51 years, 5 month and 19 days.

Most of his life was spent on a farm, with the exception of five years when he and his family moved to Cuba where he was engaged in the shoe repair trade. From there they moved back to the farm, where he lived until his death.

Edward Huncovsky was married to Miss Mary Lesvosky June 2, 1920. To them two sons were born, Kenneth Edwin and Melvin Elmer.

Ed was of a sunny disposition and his friends are numbered by his acquaintances. He was devoted to his family and home and was ever ready to offer help where it was needed.

His mother and father, two brothers, Charles and John, and another brother who died in infancy preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Kenneth Edwin and of Cuba and Melvin Elmer of Wayne, three grandchildren; eight sisters, Mrs. Anna Shindler and Mrs. Amelia Havel of Agenda, Mrs. Maude Dunn of Montebello, Cal., Mrs. Emma Beneda of Belleville, Mrs. Barbara Kolman and Mrs. Leda Trecek of Cuba, Mrs. Frances Spencer of Lynwood, Cal, Mrs. Louise Archer of Manton, Cal., one brother, Joe Huncovsky of Clyde, and 54 nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.

Services were conducted Monday, October 23, at 2 o'clock at the Presbyterian church in Cuba by the Rev. Amos Rundus. Interment at Kopsa cemetery at Cuba, with military services conducted at the graveside by William Fleming Post No. 345, American Legion.
