Leda Trecek Hyder, daughter of Frank and Mary Valek Huncovsky was born September 25. 1912 and died Sunday, December 3, 2000 at the age of 88 years.

She received her education in the public schools and graduated from Agenda High School. She was united in marriage to Charles Trecek on February 24, 1932 and to this union two children were born. Charles died in 1986. She was united in marriage to Earl Hyder on December 29, 1990.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Cuba, Homemakers Club of Cuba, Beebe Club of Cuba.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband; one son, Gary Charles Trecek; six sisters; and five brothers.

She is survived by her second husband, one daughter, Linda Rist; two step-children; five grandchildren; one sister, Louise Nielsen; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church, Cuba, conducted by Rev. Bob Haseltine and Rev. Sue Haseltine. Interment was made in Kopsa Cemetery, rural Cuba.
