Vera Sanders, Homemaker 81, died March 16, 1991, at home. Funeral is Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she was a member. Elder Albert Sanders Jr., Elder Randall Sanders and Bishop Kenneth Ayers will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Born in York County, Mrs. Sanders was the daughter of the late Chief Samuel T and Louisa Canty Blue. She was a homemaker.
Survivors are her husband, Albert Sanders Sr.; sons, Albert Sanders Jr. of Greenville, S.C., Randall Sanders; daughters, Leona Watts of Fort Mill, Susan Campbell of Catawba, Ada Sanders, Marilyn Sanders, Lois Thompson, Laura Varnadore, Brenda Ball and Ann Morris; brother, Leroy Blue; sisters, Lula Beck, Elsie George; 28 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; five great- great-grandchildren.
