She was born to George and Luella Rotterman. Retta attended the old OKC Business School and worked many years for the OK Highway Dept, retiring in 1977. She was a devoted sister to Ruby Neal.
She was preceded by a brother-in-law, Arthur C Neal, Sr., sister, Ruby D Neal, aka Mrs. AC Neal; and nephew Jack, aka AC Neal Jr.
Retta was a member of the First Christian Church. She spent her life doing for others, until her own illness.
Retta is survived by close friend, Robert L Johnson, and also by the ladies who handled her health care needs. Retta is survived by many other friends whom she worked with through the years. She will be grealy missed by all.
