She was born in Pulaski on Sept. 6, 1932, and was the daughter of the late William H. Dalton and Nellie Thomas Dalton.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Edwin Kemp.
She was a member of the Jordan's Chapel United Methodist Church and was a retired employee of Rose's in Pulaski with 28 yearns of service.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jim Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County. Visiting will be held Wednesday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., Pulaski.
