In Loving Memory Of Billy Kell Gum, 43, of Morgantown, WV formerly of Daybrook died Monday, March 12, 2007 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He was born September 23, 1963 in Fairmont, WV a son of the late Cecil Buster Gum and Kara Jo Hamilton Gum. Billy was "mentally and physically" challenged at birth. He loved country music, watching westerns on TV, and "Big Macs" from McDonalds; but most of all he loved to spend time with his family. Surviving are four brothers and spouses, Cecil and Debbie Gum of Wana, Donley and Molly Gum of Daybrook, Bobby Gum of Morgantown, and Jackie and Myra Gum of Orville, Ohio; one sister, Regina S. Eddy of Cassville; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Carney Gum, and a sister who died in infancy. Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Friday with Freddie Eddy, II officiating. Interment will follow in the Daybrook Cemetery.
