Marie was born September 14, 1939, in Fond du Lac, WI, the daughter of Harley and Edith (Revolta) Austin. She graduated from Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac. On August 30, 1958, Marie married Henry "Hank" Miller in Benton, TX. She was employed as an asphalt plant manager. Marie was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale, Wisconsin Honey Producers, Dodge and Jefferson Counties Beekeepers Association and the Rosendale Historical Society.
