Services for Russell R. Reeves, 44, Columbiana, whose body was found in his home Tuesday morning where he had been overcome by fumes from a gas heater, will be in Brownwood Cemetery, North Bloomfield.
Mr. Reeves was the adopted son of Mr. and Mrs. Hershel Reeves and he is survived by his foster mother in Warren. He was born August 13, 1911, in east Liverpool, the son of George and Alice Davis Evans.
He had lived in Columbiana for the last three years, moving there from the Bloomfield area.
Other survivors include one son, Jerry with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Daniels, Oklahoma City, Okla.; three foster sisters; Mrs. Wilma Reeves, Warren; Mrs. Sylvia Rooks, Mrs. Wanda Tomaski, North Bloomfield; two brothers, Walter Evans, with the U.S. Navy in San Diego, Calif., and Jack Evans, Middlefield.
