Mr. Luber was seventy-nine years of age, and was born in Waukesha County, October 13, 1850. He was united in marriage to Miss Anna Koch at Waukesha in 1875 and shortly after the young couple came to Brillion where they purchased a farm northwest of here. They made their home on the farm until eleven years ago, when they retired and took up residence in this city. Mr. and Mrs. Luber celebrated their golden wedding anniversary four years ago.
The deceased is survived by the sorrowing wife, two daughters, Mrs. Paul Humbold, of Waukesha and Mrs. Herman Mull of Maribel; one son, Louis who resided on the homestead farm; one sisters, Mrs. Fred Honeyager of Waukesha and one brother, Conrad Luber of Marshfield.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the residence here and at the Friedens Evangelical church, Rev. Wetzler of Appleton officiating. Interment was in the southside cemetery.
