SHELBY - Paul K. McDonald, 93, died at 4:33 PM Saturday, April 25, 1998, in Crestmark of Roselawn, DeMotte. Born Sept. 11, 1904, in Newton County, he was a 1922 graduate of A.J. Kent High School in Kentland.
In 1926, he married Lysi Grabel in Indiana. His second marriage was to Elizabeth Williams on Oct. 30, 1943, in Kankakee; she died on May 15, 1973. His third marriage was to Mary V. Sollars on March 19, 1974, in St. John.
Mr. McDonald was a retired supervisor for DuPont Chemicals. He worked there for 40 years. He was a member of the DuPont Athletic Association.
Surviving are a daughter, June E. Kern of Fowler; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, four sisters, and a brother. Burial at Riverside Cemetery, Brook.
