Dies At 91
Fred A. Duffey, 91, formerly
of 104 Wheatland Ave.; died at
10 p.m. Wednesday at the
Chase Manor Center.
Born in Cass County, Sept. 8,
1884, he was the son of John C.
and Martha Chilcott Duffey. He
was proceeded in death by his
wife, Katherine.
He was a member of the
Eagles Lodge and St. Bridget's
Catholic Church.
Survivors include two
daughters, Mrs. Miriam
Conoway, Cambridge, Ohio;
and Mrs. Mary Jane Roesler,
Zanesville, Ohio; two sons,
Thomas, Miami, Fla.; and
Richard, Chilicothe, Ohio; two
brothers, George, Burnettsville;
and William,
Orange City, Fla.; two sisters,
Mrs. Elanor Bresnahan and
Miss Ruth Duffey, Burnettsville;
10 grandchildren;
and several nieces and
nephews.
Services will be at B a.m.
Saturday at St. Bridget's
Catholic Church, with the Rev.
Francis Meehan officiating.
Burial will be in the Davis
Cemetery.
Friends may call after 7 p.m,
Friday at the Kroeger Funeral
Home.
