10 July 2002: Eugene W. Althouse Sr., 80, of Manor Care, Lebanon, died Thursday, July 4 in the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Margaret E. Boyer Althouse. Surviving are daughters Alice Juppenlatz, wife of Neil, of Portland, Ore., Kathy Koons, wife of Mike, of Pasco, Wash., and Brenda Mansfield, wife of Steve, of Auburn, Ind.; sons David Althouse & E. William Althouse, both of Lebanon; sisters Florence Vituszynski of Lebanon, Grace Daub of Jonestown, Ruth Ainsworth of Lebanon, Betty Cook of Texas, and Marie Graham of Lakeland, Fla.; a brother, Charles Althouse Sr. of Myerstown.
