Rites Arranged on Friday for Howard Finley

Services are planned at 2 p.m. at the Fairbanks Home for funeral for Howard Finley, 73, who died at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday at his home, 1432 Grand avenue, following a seven month illness. The Rev. J. Arthur Eveland, pastor of the First Evangelical United Brethren church will have charge. Burial will be at the Oakdale cemetery at Wilton.
The son of James and Caroline Giese Finley, he was born Feb. 17, 1883, in Moscow township. His marriage to Grace Anna Weber took place March 8, 1908 at Wilton. He was a life resident of Muscatine County and was a carpenter by trade.
Surviving are his wife; Two brothers, Arthur H. Finley, Muscatine, and Frank Finley, West Liberty; and two sisters, Mrs. Della Brunswig, Rock Island, Mrs. Erma Askam, Musctine. Five brothers and three sisters preceded him in deathur
