Mary Keller Schwartzenberger, 76, Succumbs at Home of Her Son Early Today.
Mary Keller Schwartzenberger, 76, died at the home of her son, Rochus Keller, here this morning shortly after 1:30 o'clock.
Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic church Friday morning at 10 o'clock.
Born in Balmoss, Rumaina, she came to this country in 1909, settling first at Berwick, N.D. In 1918 she came to Devils Lake and has resided here since that time. Her husband died in 1929.
She was a member of St. Anne's Altar Society of St. Joseph's Catholic church in this city.
Four children and four step-children and 15 grandchildren survive her. They are Joe Keller of Devils Lake; Walter Keller of Rugby; Rochus Keller and Mrs. F.J. Burckhard of Devils Lake; Lambert Keller of Bibank, Sask.; Anton and Wendelin and Mrs. Mike Walter, all of Berwick, N.D. For the past number of years she had made her home with her son Rochus at First avenue and Second street south.
