She was born July 30, 1922, in Lima to Orphy and Evelyn Loomis Allen, who preceded her in death. On May 2, 1941, she married Howard Foust, who survives.
Mrs. Foust had worked at Beckman's in Delphos in sales. She loved her grandchildren and her dog, Buddy. She also loved walking and quilting.
Survivors also include two sons, Howard L. (Reida) Foust Jr., of Lima, and Michael A. (Pat) Foust, of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; a daughter, Patricia A. Foust, of Lima; five grandchildren, Reed (Kelly) Foust, Allen (Tina) Foust, Laura Pelscher, Melissa (Ryan) Moor, and Michael Scott (Cherrie) Foust; 13 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a sister, Nettie Millrans, of Mesa, Ariz.; two sisters-in-law, Sue Allen, of Defiance, and Margie Allen, of California; and a brother-in-law, Clay "Derb" Knoch, of Uniopolis.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Russell Allen, Robert Allen, Darrell Allen, Raymond Allen, of Mexico, and Larry Allen, of Defiance; and four sisters, Hazel Connor, Eileen Michael, Marge Evans and Frankie Knoch.
Services will begin at 8 p.m. Monday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home. The Rev. David Howell will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
