Born March 31, 1893, in Auglaize County, she was a daughter of E. J. and Judy Loomis. In 1912, she married Orphy Allen, who survives.
Also surviving are five sons, Russell of South Main Street, Robert of Delray Beach, Fla., Raymond of Malibu Beach, Calif., Darrell of 817 Cornell and Larry of Defiance; six daughters, Mrs. Paul (Hazel) Conner of 678 N. McDonel, Mrs. Dale (Ilene) Michael of Wisconsin Dells, Wis., Mrs. Willard (Margie) Evans of 1951 N. Cole, Mrs. Howard (Dorothy) Foust of Rt. 2, Elida, Mrs. Clay (Frances) Knoch of Rt. 6, Wapakoneta, and Mrs. Harold (Nettabelle) Millirans of 4460 East Rd.
One brother, J. J. Loomis of Ansonia; three sisters, Mrs. Maude Gross of 118 W. Haller, Mrs. Julia Sybert of 425 W. Vine and Mrs. Thelma Smith of New Richland; 24 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was a member of High Street EUB Church.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Chiles and Sons-Laman Funeral Home. Rev. Glenn Crabtree will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.
