RITES HELD HERE FOR O.H. BENSON
Orton H. Benson of Norwich, Conn., son of the late Dr. and Mrs. James H. Benson of Cortland, died September 21 in Connecticut. He was the brother of Mrs. John T. Betts and Mrs. Edward J. Dickson of Cortland.
Besides his sisters, survivors are his wife, Lena Benson; two sons, Clarence and Woodruff Benson, and four grandchildren.
Private funeral services were held Saturday at the Earle W.
Wright Funeral Home. Dr. Ralph C. Lankier, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiated. Interment was in the family plot in Cortland Rural Cemetery.
