Excerpt--age 77, of Bull Run, died Dec. 9, 2006. He was born Sept. 15, 1929, in Morgantown, s/o the late George William and Wanita Ayersman Smith. He is survived by his son and spouse, George A. and Susie Smith, of Independence; two daughters and spouses, Janice and Robbie Menear, Donna and Kelcey Wolfe, all of Masontown; a brother, Dennis and Brenda Smith, of Morgantown; five sisters, Shirley Hess of Bretz, Ada and Paul Chipps of Masontown, Deloris and Robert Hess of Bretz, Rosemary and Frank Leone of Thomas, and Dixie and Bill Metheny of Masontown. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; and four brothers, Bob, Don, and two infant brothers. Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
