On March 11, 1947, she married George J. Ellis and he passed away on Feb. 11, 2013.

Georgia was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, George F. Ellis and Michael Ellis; daughter, Cindy L. Ellis; grandson, Tony Savage; and several brothers and sisters.
