Mrs. Mary A. Mark died at home on 14th Street at 2:30 am Wednesday. Miss Mary A. Hill was born Feb. 14, 1843.
She was an active member of the First Methodist Episcopal Church, and was always interested in the activities of the church. She was a devoted wife and mother, a kindly friend and neighbor, and a sincere Christian woman whose death brings regret to a large circle of friends.
On March 1, 1866 she married Cyrus Mark, who died Oct. 28 1913.
Surviving are three children, Bertha L., Delmar T., and Wilbert, all of Franklin; a sister, Mrs. Ellen Ramsdale of Franklin; and a brother, George Hill of Van.
Services will be at her home at 2:30 pm Friday. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
