MARTHA JOHNSON
Mrs. Martha Johnson, 84, formerly of Tisch Mills, died Sunday afternoon at Family Heritage Home, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers. The Rev. Paul Schumacher will officiate with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mrs. Johnson, nee Martha Gauthier, was born Aug. 4, 1891, in the Town of Two Creeks, daughter of the late Joseph and Sophia Priegnitz Gauthier. She was married to Ernest Johnson Dec. 29, 1920, at Two Rivers. He preceded her in death in 1972.
Survivors include a son, Irving, of Charlevoix, Mich., a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Rose) Olson, of Rt. 3, Two Rivers; two brothers, Peter, of Reedsville and Richard, of Kewaunee; two grandchildren and a great grandchild. Five brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
