Richard F. Gauthier, 88, of 404 Sheldon St., Kewaunee, died early Monday morning at home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers. The Rev Paul Schumacher will officiate with burial in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.
Mr. Gauthier was born March 13, 1888, in the Town of Two Rivers, son of the late Joseph and Sophia Priegnitz Gauthier. He married Ella Oestreich Sept 12, 1910, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. She preceded him in death March 7, 1961. Mr. Gauthier was a retired farmer from Rt. 1, Two Rivers.
Survivors include three sons, Lawrence, of Kewaunee, Ben, of Two Rivers and Ivan, of Rt. 3, Two Rivers, a daughter, Mrs. Ervin Martin, of Denver, Colo., a brother, Peter, of Reedsville, 15 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Two sons, a daughter, five brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.
