EDWIN FISCHER

Edwin Fischer, 93, former Rt. 2, Cato resident, died Wednesday morning, September 7, 1988 at the Manitowoc Health Care Center. Funeral services will be 9:45 a.m. Saturday at Saur Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic church, Kellnersville. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. William Eberhardy and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Fischer was born January 26, 1895 at Reedsville, son of the late Herman and Dora Stradal Fischer. He was employed in farm labor for many years. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Survivors include three brothers and sisters-in-law, Herman of Grafton, Wisconsin, Ben and Arlene of Manitowoc, Daniel and Marie of Rt. 1, Cato, and Tillie Fischer of Brillion; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna Pettinger of Evanston, Illinois, Renatta and Joseph Pritzl of DePere, Monica and John Fogeltanz of Kellnersville, and William Urban of Indiana; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday to the time of services. Prayer service at 7 p.m. Friday evening by Father Eberhardy.
