Mrs. Erickson of Uehling is Taken By Death
Mrs. Christine Erickson, 75, of Uehling died Monday in Omaha after
several years illness. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs.
Edward Realph of Hooper, Mrs. C. Loraine Olson of Omaha, and Mrs.
Anthony Clough of Uehling; 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, two
sisters, Mrs. Mary Anderson of Hawarden, Iowa, and Mrs. Glen Carson
of Oakland, and a brother Alfred Olson of Craig. Preceding her in
death were parents, husband, a daughter and three brothers. The
funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the
Congregational church in Uehling, with Rev. Maurice Holt
officiating. Interment will be at the Baptist Cemetery South of
Uehling. It is a Wollmer & Warne service. Marguerite Buck will
sing, with Mrs. Orville Bergquist as organist. Mrs. Erickson was
born Feb. 16, 1884 at Hooper, and had been a resident of the
community all her life. In Sept., 1902 she married John Ambrose
Erickson at Fremont. He passed away Aug. 12, 1918
