There are discrepancies in death records indicating that George married two separate Margarethe's....A Margarethe Kopmier (1826-bef. 1855) and a Margarethe Berner (1829-1898). The first was mother of Sebold, Paul, Cunigunda/Cunignude, and Anna. The second was mother of John, George, Maria, Lena, Katherine, and Phillip. If so, we do not know where in Wisconsin Margarethe Kopmeir was buried, and Margarethe Berner died in 1898, so is likely buried at Union Cemetery in Milwaukee.
