ROME Mrs. Emma W. Kline, 80 of 120 E. Bloomfield St., widow of George Kline, died Sunday in Rome Hospital.

Mrs. Kline was born in Byron Center, the daughter of Leonard and Margaret Duff Hale; and was married to John Wilhelm in 1902. Mr. Wilhelm died in 1930. In 1932, she was married again to George J. Kline. Mr. Kline die in 1956. Mrs. Kline was a member of the First Methodist Church, John Allenforf Court, Order of Amaranth, a 25 year and past matron of Vesta Chapter, OES, Past Matron's Club of Lewis- Oneida District and the Part Matron's Club of Vesta Chapter.

She leaves two sisters, Mrs. Margaret L. Blair and Mrs. Arlo G. Thayer, both of Rome, and a foster daughter, Mrs. Merrick Drummond, Blossvale. The funeral will be at 2 tomorrow from the Griffin and Aldridge Funeral Home with the Rev. Leland Webster, and the Rev. Frederick W. Cook of the First Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Rathbunville Cemetery, Verona Mills.
