ROCK HALL, Md. - Lulu Mary Cummins of Rock Hall, formerly of Dover, Del., died Tuesday March 14, 2006, in the Chestertown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 84.

She was born Nov. 5, 1921, in Leipsic, daughter of the late Benjamin D. and Elizabeth Collins Burrows.

Mrs. Cummins worked for Richardson Robbins Canning in Dover for 30 years before retirement.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jefferson Cummins, in 1991; five sisters, Elizabeth Hurd, Anna Biddle, Mildred Faulkner, Ethel Krupka and May Fithian; and four brothers, Samuel Burrows, Joseph Burrows, Benjamin Burrows and George Burrows.

She is survived by three sisters, Nellie Seward and Hilda Krupka both of Hartly, and Catherine Miller of Smyrna; numerous nieces and nephews, including a special nephew and caregiver with whom she lived for six years, Ronnie Fithian of Rock Hall.

Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 S. Main St., Smyrna, where friends may call one hour earlier.

Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Smyrna.
