David was serving in Vietnam at the time of his death. The Coffelt Report has limited information regarding the incident that took his life. If anyone knows the cause of death please advise. David was with Headquarters Company 1st BN, 8th Cav, 1st Cav Div, US Army.

He is the son of Nazim and Jane Saide, and brother of Marilyn Lynn and Conni. David is buried alongside his grandparents Kelly and Wadiha Saide.

His name is engraved on the Vietnam Wall panel 06W065
