PFC US ARMY WORLD WAR II

PORT HENRY, N.Y. - John "Buckshot" F. Wojewodzic, 75, of 27 Meachem Street, died on Wednesday, April 5th 1995 at the Elizabethtown Community Hospital in Elizabethtown, N.Y.

He was born on June 26th 1919 in Port Henry, N.Y., he was the son of Frank and Nellie (Yurashek) Wojewodzic.

He had retired from Republic Steel Corporation after 34 years.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.

He was a member of Mineville Post 5802, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a life member of Council 384, Knights of Columbus in Port Henry, N.Y.

Survivors include his wife, Anna (Nels) Wojewodzic, one son, two daughters and sons-in-law, one brother, three sisters, six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements by the Harland Funeral Home in Port Henry, N.Y.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church in Port Henry.

Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Moriah, N.Y.
