When Georgina's father George Steil died in a well drilling accident in July of 1898, her mother was pregnant with her. In Oct. of 1898, Georgina was born. She was the seventh child, all of whom were raised by their widowed mother, Mary McBride Steil.
Georgina moved to Los Angeles CA and married Floyd Oliver Glanz. She died in Grass Valley (Nevada County) CA in 1997 at the age of 99.
