Mrs. William Junk, 57, of 3822 Mary St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Friday at the family residence.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Duane Dionne will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mrs. Junk, nee Evelyn Vandeurzen, was born May 26, 1917, at Combined Locks, daughter of the late John and Anna Vandalen Vandeurzen. She was married to William Junk Aug. 22, 1942, at St. John Catholic Church, Little Chute. She and her husband owned and operated Hoot and Ev's Tavern at Manitowoc.

Survivors include her husband; a son, William P., of Manitowoc, two daughters, Mrs. James (Sandy) Stadler, of Clarks Mills and Mrs. Robert (Jackie) Schuette, of Manitowoc; four brothers, James and Robert, of Little Chute, Paul, of Combined Locks and Eugene, of Kaukauna; three sisters, Mrs. Harold Ludwig, Mrs. Robert Staudt and Mrs. Ray Staudt Jr., of Manitowoc and six grandchildren. Two brothers, Ervin and John, preceded her in death.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday, where a wake memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m.
