She was preceded in death by her parents, John F. and Violet M. (nee Matheny) Carter, 3 brothers: John C., Lowell E. and Dell F. Carter and by 1 sister, Barbara L. Carter. Mrs. Coffman is survived by her 7 children, 17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; her 2 brothers Alfred Dean Carter & wife Alice and Homer E. Carter, 1 sister Patricia and husband Ronald Rieder, and a host of other relatives and friends.
