MRS. FRANK KOGUT
Mrs. Julia (Bialek)Kogut, 88, of 19 Seventh Avenue, a Woonsocket resident 66 years, died last night in Woonsocket Hospital, where she had been a patient four weeks. She was the widow of Frank Kogut.
Born in Poland, October 17, 1878, Mrs. Kogut was a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Bialek.
Surviving are four sons, Joseph of Woonsocket, Andrew of Tarpon Springs, Florida, Stanley of Bellingham and Leo of the U.S. Army; four daughters, Mrs. Stasia Niedzwiadek of Woonsocket, Mrs. Helen Coughlin of Danbury, Conn., Susan, wife of Clayton Steward of Washington, NJ and Sophie, wife of John Logada of Bridgeport, Conn., 17 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. from the Kubaska Funeral Home, with a requiem Mass at 9 in the Polish National Catholic Church of Our Saviour. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are 7-9 tonight and 1-4 and 7-9 p.m. tomorrow.
