MOOREHEAD. Charlie Henry, age 90 of Winchester, Tennessee died Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at his residence. He was born in Moore County, Tennessee and had a career in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Moorehead of Winchester; two daughters, Kay (Larry) Leahon of Tarpon Springs, Fla. and Betty (Tommy) Yarbrough of Winchester; four sisters, Ellie Burrow of Winchester, Mary Lena Bean of Scottsboro, Ala., Delma Syler of Hixson and Janice Bernice Tipps of Estill Springs; six granddaughters, Lisa Collins, Tammy Basham, Kandi Pearson, Kimberly Weber; Jennifer Housley and Casey Lealon; seven great-grandchildren Aaron Dahl, Kellan Pearson, Bailey,Basham Rhett Pearson, Callie Basham, Hagan Pearson and Colton Housley; several nieces and nephews; and joving; devoted caregivers, Lorna Oakley, Mary Wimley, Sally Turner, Tammy Basham, Maria Stills and Roma Deal.

Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, April 3, 2005 at 3 p.m. at the Harris Chapel Methodist Church with Reverend John Gilbert officiating. Interment was in the Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester.
