It is with sadness that we chronicle the death of Mrs. Ann Gallagher, who died December 14, 1890, after an illness of only two days, from inflammation of the spine and brain. Her maiden name was Foos, her parents being Joseph Foos and Charlotte Hinton Foos. She married January 1, 1856, to Gustavus F. Gallagher, at her home in Vermillion County, IN. She was the mother of 12 children, 4 of whom are living, and was 55 years old at the time of her death. She was converted at the age of 16 and joined the M.E. Church and has ever lived a consistent Christian life. Her last words were "Praise to the redeemer." Funeral services were held at the residence Tuesday at 10 a.m., conducted by Rev. Stever, of Wichita.Wife of G.F. Gallagher
