She was a member of the Dover-Foxcroft United Baptist Church and attended the Hermon Baptist Church. She enjoyed camping, fishing and snowmobiling with family and friends. Saturday night card games with the neighbors was always a hit. Althea shared the love of horse drawn covered wagons with her husband Colby and brother Everett, raising funds for Operation Lift Off.
She is survived by a son, Jerry and wife Darlene of Dover-Foxcroft; 2 daughters, Sharon Stevens of Bangor, and Kristy Emery of Storrs, CT; grandchildren Robin of Bangor, Renee of Bucksport, Tammy and Bernadette of S. Portland, Betty and husband Don of Corinth, Andy of Windsor, Terri of Ocala, FL, Tina of Morgantown, WV; 13 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
Althea was predeceased by her husband Colby; siblings, Peggy, Roberta, Everett, and Alice; and grandson Sean and great grandson Charles.
Spring burial will be in the Morse’s Corner Cemetery, Corinna.
