James J. LeClair, 82, Two Rivers, died on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009, at home surrounded by his loving family.He was one of fourteen children, born Sept. 15, 1927, in Two Creeks
to the late Frank and Irene (Frasch) LeClair. He married Catherine (Katie) Smith on Sept. 5, 1953, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Manitowoc.
Jim was employed at Railway Express Company from 1952 to 1960 and 1967 to 1978 and worked for Inland Steel Company from 1960 to 1967 and 1979 until his retirement in 1992. He enjoyed spending his time completing crossword puzzles, taking walks on the beach and was a history buff.
Survivors include his wife: Katie; and children: Susan (Robert) Schleis,Janesville, Catherine (Mike) LaRocca and son Brandon, Arlington Heights, Ill., Patricia (John)Beyer, and children Sarah, Lindsay, and AJ, Charlotte, N.C., Kenneth (Jo Ann) and sons Shawn, Chris R. LeClair, and Chris M. (Amy) Jackson, Cottage Grove, Irene (Mike)Maher, Schertz, Texas, and James II, Manitowoc; his special walking
companion: Deacon; godchildren Bonnie LeClair and LeAnn (Vigue)Miranda; one brother and five sisters; one brother-in-law and three sisters-in-law; a foster brother and family; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, three sisters, mother-in-law and father-in-law, five brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Monday, Jan. 4, 2010, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. The Rev. Daniel Schuster will officiate with entombment to follow at Knollwood Mausoleum.

and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
Jim's family wishes to extend a special thanks to the John Seim family, Darlene Ciha, our friends, neighbors, Dr. Mark Herring and staff, Medical Arts Lab, HFM Dialysis and Hospice for their support and medical care.
In lieu of flowers, Jim's family would appreciate memorials to Holiday House in Manitowoc.
