Services for Mrs. Lena (Tudy) Neale of 2405 Dunwich, who served for several years as head clerk and checker for the Kroger Co., will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Ellinger-Kunz and Davis Funeral Home. Rev. K.P. Mayhew will officiate.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Neale, 38, died at 3:15 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Neale was born in Springfield, the daughter of Clarence and Lena Allison Cook.
She was a member of the Retail Clerks' Union and the Free Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, John; three sons, Michael, David and Mark, all of Springfield; her mother, Mrs. Lena Cook of Springfield; two sisters, Mrs. Carolyn Jean Akers, and Mrs. Rita Price, both of Springfield; five brothers, Raymond, Jim, and Ronald Cook, all of Springfield; Donald Cook of Chatham; and Gary Cook with the U.S. Army.
