FRANK BONK (d. 1960)

Frank Bonk, 69, former Manitowoc resident who was residing at Oroville, Calif., died last Saturday at the Rideout hospital at Marysville, Calif.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John
Landowski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

He was born Dec. 8, 1890, at Manitowoc, son of the late Martin and Pauline Bonk Bonk (sic). He attended St. Mary Parochial School. He never married.

As a young man he moved to California where prior to his retirement he was employed as a horticulturist.
Survivors include two brothers, Walter and Louis of Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Charneski and Mrs. Reinhardt Butz both of Manitowoc and Mrs. Walter Sominski of Detroit, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the funeral home where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 o’clock this Thursday evening.
