Interment in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 4:30pmCT, Friday, April 10, 2015.

Two brothers: Philip (Brenda) Smiley of Campbellsville, KY and Bobby Smiley of Greenwood, IN
One sister-in-law: Sue Fisette of Edinburgh, IN
Several nieces, nephews
And a host of other relatives and friends
