S. Wells family, on June 10, 1914, in Tahoka. Edwards was in the insurance business in Tahoka. The Edwards were members of the Baptist Church." P. 319 They were parents of 4 sons, Homan R., W. Wells, Jerry D., and Billy Jack Edwards, and one daughter, Joann (Mrs. Ferdinand Joab Alexander). Marcus was just one of several Edwards brothers to settle in Lynn Co. in 1906.
