Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Stanaland, of 217 S. Iollin, died Tuesday in Swisher Memorial Hospital.
She was born in 1879 in Wilson county, Tenn., and moved here from Lubbock in 1925.
Her husband, the late W.Z. Stanaland, died in 1947.
She had been a member of the Primitive Baptist Church for 80 years.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Wallace Funeral Chapel with Rev. Charlie Garrett of Floydada officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill.
Survivors include three sons, Claude Stanaland of Tulia; A.E. Stanaland and W.H. Stanaland, both of Albuerque, N.M.; two daughters, Mrs. E.C. Goodman, Tulia; and Mrs. Ward Drake, Fort Sumner, N.M.; one sister, Mrs. Lydie Embree, of Petersburg; 21 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.
