Mrs. Buckmaster dies


A long-time Wyoming resident, Mrs. Elmina Buckmaster, died Friday at Natrona County Memorial Hospital. She was 79.


Mrs. Buckmaster was born June 14, 1892 in Ringgold, Iowa, and moved to Wyoming in 1932. She married Jake Buckmaster Sept. 26, 1933.


She was a charter member of Area 308 Eagles Auxiliary and a member of the Women of the Moose.


Survivors include her husband, Jake of Casper, a son, William Schardein of Las Vegas, Nev., a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Lamb of Mount Ayr, Iowa, five brothers, Eliga Pottorff of Green River, Dee and Donnie P. Pottorff of Hatfield, Mo., Glenn P. POttorff of Eagleville, Mo., and Walter Pottorff of Mount Ayr, three sisters, Mrs. Betty Renner of Michigan, Mrs. Roy Tull, Red Oak, Iowa, and Mrs. Luther Adams, Mount Ayr, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.


Services will be announced later by Memorial Chapel.
