Annie was the daughter of Alphonsus Genere Gallentine and Evaline Coppick. She married David Edwin Fulton on May 17, 1899 in Manor Twp., Armstrong Co., PA. They divorced. She remarried Earl S. Guyer.

David and Annie Fulton were the parents of eight children:
1. Bessie E. (Fulton) McLaughlin
2. Charles Fulton
3. Bertha (Fulton) Young
4. Harold John Fulton
5. an unnamed, stillborn daughter
6. Raymond Fulton
7. Dale Fulton
8. Arlie Carlyle Fulton

Earl and Annie Guyer had no children.
